You will be responsible for translating engineering designs into physical, high-performing storage containers, ensuring top-tier structural integrity, precise welding, and flawless electrical integration. Key Responsibilities Mechanical Assembly: Assemble battery cells into modules and integrate modules into structural racks following strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and torque specifications. Terminal Joining: Operate laser welding / spot welding equipment to securely join cell terminals and busbars with zero structural defects. Electrical Integration: Execute the wiring and routing for high-voltage power lines and low-voltage communication lines (BMS, sensors, and internal HVAC/fire suppression wiring). Quality & Safety Assurance: Conduct End-of-Line (EOL) testing, including voltage isolation checks, continuity testing, and BMS communication verification. Material Handling: Safeguard large painted steel enclosures and heavy components during overhead lifting and placement to prevent surface scratches or structural deformities. Required Qualifications & Experience B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering from IIT & Reputed Organizations. 0-10 years of direct factory floor experience in assembling Lithium-ion packs, EV drivetrains, or grid-scale BESS units. Robust understanding of electrical safety protocols (handling up to 1000V DC systems) and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) controls.
