Unity VR Developer Intern About the Role We are looking for a passionate and motivated Unity VR Developer Intern to join our development team. You will work on real-world Virtual Reality (VR) applications using Unity and collaborate with experienced developers, 3D artists, UI/UX designers, and project managers to build immersive interactive experiences. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates or anyone looking to gain hands-on experience through a paid Unity VR development internship. You will contribute to live projects, learn industry-standard development practices, and build practical experience in VR application development. Responsibilities Develop and maintain Virtual Reality (VR) applications using Unity and C#. Implement VR interactions, gameplay mechanics, and user interfaces. Integrate 3D models, animations, audio, visual effects, and UI into Unity. Develop features using Meta All-in-One SDK, OpenXR, and Unity's XR Interaction Toolkit. Optimize VR applications for smooth performance on Meta Quest devices. Debug, test, and resolve technical issues. Collaborate with Unity developers, 3D artists, UI/UX designers, and project managers. Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and project discussions. Follow coding standards, documentation practices, and project timelines. Continuously learn and apply best practices in Unity and VR development. Required Skills Good knowledge of Unity and C# programming. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). Good understanding of Unity fundamentals, including Scenes, Prefabs, GameObjects, UI, Animation, Physics, and Asset Management. Knowledge of Virtual Reality (VR) concepts, interactions, and user experience principles. Understanding of Meta All-in-One SDK, OpenXR, and Unity XR Interaction Toolkit. Ability to integrate SDKs and third-party plugins into Unity projects. Basic knowledge of Android build and deployment using Unity. Solid debugging and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. A portfolio or GitHub projects demonstrating Unity development is preferred. Preferred Skills Experience developing applications for Meta Quest devices. Knowledge of REST API integration. Familiarity with Unity Addressables, Asset Bundles, or ScriptableObjects. Understanding of performance optimization techniques for VR applications. Experience with Git or other version control systems. What You'll Learn Professional Unity VR development workflows. Development for Meta Quest and standalone VR devices. VR interaction design and immersive application development. Performance optimization for real-time VR applications. Team collaboration using industry-standard software development practices. Debugging, testing, and deployment of Unity VR applications. Real-world experience by contributing to live client projects. Internship Details Position: Unity VR Developer Intern Compensation: 5,000.00 - 10,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Delhi .
