- We are looking for an innovative and skilled UX Designer cum UI developer specializing in Responsive Designs for software applications. - The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing user-centric, responsive interfaces and will be proficient in using industry-standard UX design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Figma. - You will be responsible for crafting seamless, visually appealing, and user-friendly designs across various devices and platforms. - Should have UI FE strong developing skills like HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery - Mobile Design : Experience designing for mobile applications (iOS/Android). - Front-End Knowledge : Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to understand technical constraints and enhance collaboration with developers. - UI scripting knowledge is preferred - Agile Methodology : Experience working in Agile development environments. - Responsive Design : Create and optimize responsive layouts and interfaces that adapt seamlessly across different screen sizes (desktop, tablet, mobile). - UI Developer : Should have UI FE robust developing skills like HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery. - Should be able to map the design to dynamic HTML Web pages - User Research & Testing : Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and improve design strategies. - Wireframing & Prototyping : Develop interactive wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to showcase design ideas and validate concepts. - UI Design : Collaborate closely with UI designers to ensure the designs are visually appealing, consistent, and follow design best practices - Design Tools Expertise : Utilize Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and other design tools to produce pixel-perfect designs that are ready for development. - Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with project goals. - User-Centered Design : Advocate for a user-first approach in design decisions, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience on all platforms. - Iterative Design Process : Participate in agile, iterative design cycles, incorporating feedback and refining designs based on user testing and stakeholder input. - Usability Testing : Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback on designs and iterate based on test results. - Documentation & Handoff : Prepare detailed design specifications and assets for developers to ensure smooth implementation. - Stay Current with Design Trends : Keep up with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design, and continually apply them to enhance user experiences. - Experience : Proven experience as a UX Designer and UI Developer as well, Interaction Designer, or similar role, with a portfolio that showcases experience in designing responsive software applications. - UI Developer : Should have UI FE strong developing skills like HTML, CSS, Bootstrap,Javascript, JQuery. Should be able to map the design to dynamic HTML Web pages - Design Tools : Expertise using Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant design tools (such as Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.). - Responsive Design : Solid experience designing for multiple devices and screen sizes, ensuring a consistent and functional experience across platforms (desktop, tablet, mobile). - User Research : Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, with experience conducting user research and usability testing. - Prototyping : Proficient in creating interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively. - Collaboration : Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, product managers) and communicate design decisions clearly. - Problem Solving : Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to solve complex design problems through creative solutions. - problems through creative solutions. - Attention to Detail : Exceptional attention to detail in both design and execution, ensuring high-quality outputs. - Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting and explaining design choices to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Portfolio : A strong portfolio demonstrating responsive designs, UX process, and problem-solving skills.
