Position Senior Interior Designer Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Work From Home with virtual client meetings, site visits, and laminate selection as required) Working Hours: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time What You'll Do - Manage end-to-end residential interior design projects from concept through execution. Consult with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle, functional requirements, and budget.Create space plans, design concepts, mood boards, technical drawings, and high-quality 3D visualizations.Deliver creative, functional, and aesthetically appealing design solutions while ensuring timelines and budgets are met.Collaborate closely with project managers, execution teams, architects, and vendor partners to ensure seamless project delivery.Present design concepts confidently and build strong, long-term client relationships.Support and mentor junior designers while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing design team.Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to deliver innovative interior solutions.Who We're Looking For - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.23 years of proven experience in residential interior design.Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or equivalent design software.Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.Strong understanding of space planning, materials, furniture, lighting, and design detailing.A compelling portfolio showcasing creativity, technical expertise, and successful project delivery.Why Elephanto Decor At Elephanto Decor, you'll have the opportunity to work on premium residential projects, collaborate with a talented and ambitious team, and grow your career in an environment that values creativity, ownership, innovation, and excellence.
