Project Manager/ Program Manager

Work Location: Client Office, Delhi (candidate must be open to working from client office in Delhi Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end project delivery planning, scheduling, resourcing, risk management, and stakeholder reporting Act as the single point of contact between the project team and client stakeholders Drive adherence to SLAs, milestones, and quality standards across the project lifecycle Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, testing, infrastructure, business analysis) to ensure timely, high-quality delivery Prepare and present status reports, risk registers, and escalation updates to senior leadership/client Experience Minimum 20 years of overall experience, with proven experience managing large-scale IT development and support engagements Desired Skills & Competencies Strong general insurance business understanding, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical execution plans Domain knowledge relevant to the project's outcome areas, with demonstrated experience delivering similar engagements Working understanding of the challenges faced by customers and agents from a data, reporting, and analytics standpoint, and the ability to factor these into project planning and delivery Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills PMP / Prince2 certification preferred Qualification B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science / Electronics / ECE / EE / ECS / IT Engineering, or MCA .
