Job Description: Field Sales Executive Company Name: One MobiKwik Systems Limited / MobiKwik Finance Private Limited Position: Field Sales Executive (Merchant Onboarding & Soundbox Deployment) Job Type: Full-Time / On-field Experience Level: 0 to 2 years (Freshers and Experienced both can apply) Role Overview MobiKwik is hiring motivated Field Sales Executives to drive merchant acquisition and expansion across retail shops and commercial centers. In this role, you will visit retail store owners, introduce MobiKwiks digital payment solutions (QR codes, Soundbox, and EDC machines), onboard merchants, and set up payment systems on-site. Key Responsibilities Merchant Onboarding: Visit local shops, mom-and-pop stores (kiranas), and commercial venues to pitch MobiKwik payment products. Product Installation & Demo: Deploy MobiKwik QR codes, Soundbox speakers, and POS machines, and explain the usage to shop managers. Lead Generation: Identify target retail pockets and generate new merchant leads daily within your assigned area/territory. Relationship Building: Address merchant queries regarding transaction settlements and maintain long-term working relationships. Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding and Soundbox distribution targets. Reporting: Maintain structured records of merchant visits and sales pipeline updates using CRM software/mobile app. Salary, Compensation & Benefits In-Hand Salary: 18,000 to 25,000 per month (varies by city and tier) Total Monthly Earning Potential: Up to 30,000 40,000+ per month (including fixed pay + incentives) Allowances & Perks: Travel / Petrol Allowance: 2,600 to 4,000 per month Performance Incentives: High earning potential based on daily merchant activations Statutory Benefits: Provident Fund (PF), ESIC, and Group Medical Insurance Growth Path: Performance appraisals every 6 months with promotions to Team Leader roles Eligibility Criteria Education: Minimum 10th / 12th Pass or Any Graduate. Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome). Age Limit: 18 to 40 years. Work Schedule: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (6 days working, weekly off on Sundays). Language Requirements: Local regional language fluency; basic English reading skills. Mandatory Requirements & Documents Vehicle & License: Two-wheeler with a valid Driving License (preferred for travel). Device: Smartphone with active internet connection.
