Jr. Staff Nurse

1. Handing over and Taking over of admitted patients. 2. Admission and Discharge of patients 3. Demonstrate and carry out efficient nursing care, taking care of personal comfort of patients, administration of drugs and treatment, observation. 4. Supervise patient's diet 5. Attending rounds with Medical/ Nursing personnel 6. Assist Doctors in examination of patients and treatment 7. Participate and help with clinical investigations/ procedure 8. Demonstrate and carry out pre-operative and post-operative care of patients. 9. Maintenance of Patients record 10. Follow prescribed rules in case of accident or death of a patient. 11. Give information and health education to patients and attendants. 12. Intimate to Incharge CMO of any emergency or unusual occurence in the ward 13. Assist in Ward administration of intravenous injection infusion and IM injection, giving Nebulization, connecting fluids, Remove IV for admitted patients, attending call bell of patients.
