Maintenance of EPABX, IP-PBX and SIP phones using IP networking.Routine troubleshooting of voice communication issues. Basic coordination with network and system administrators . OR Bachelor's degree (other than B.Tech./B.E.) in Computer Science, IT, Computer Applications, Electronics. For a diploma in a given discipline, if the pre-requisite happens to be (10+2), the required experience will be reduced by two years. Desirable experience: Hands-on experience in the field of IP-PBX based on server-gateway architecture.
