We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Export Documentation professional to manage end-to-end export operations and order execution for a leading chemicals manufacturer. The role demands strong expertise in international logistics, documentation compliance, and coordination across multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage export documents including Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, BL/AWB instructions, and Certificate of Origin Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, and GST regulations; coordinate EGM closure and resolve documentation discrepancies Handle order booking, processing, and execution as per timelines Coordinate with Sales, Production, Logistics, CHAs, and freight forwarders Track shipments and ensure timely dispatch and delivery Maintain MIS reports on order status, pending shipments, and dispatch planning Maintain records for audit, IR/ISO compliance Act as key coordination point between internal teams and external partners Qualifications: Any Graduate with 24 years' relevant experience in Export Documentation/Logistics. Experience in manufacturing, chemical, pharma, or freight forwarding preferred. Skills: Strong knowledge of export documentation and international logistics, advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas), understanding of DGFT/Customs/GST, ERP exposure (SAP/Oracle preferred), strong coordination and communication skills. Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract (1 Year), with potential for payroll absorption based on performance.
