Key Responsibilities - Generate and convert qualified sales leads. Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.Negotiate and close sales transactions.Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and smooth deal execution.Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate CRM records.Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities. Requirements - 25 years of experience in Real Estate Sales or High-Value B2C Sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.Knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market is preferred.Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.Bachelors degree preferred.
