Job Title: Generative AI / Python Specialist Location: Yelahanka, Bangalore Work Mode: Hybrid/Onsite 4 days per week from office Experience: 10+ Years Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (12 Months) Budget: Up to 2.70 LPM Job Summary: We are hiring a senior Generative AI/Python Specialist to design and deploy production-grade AI applications, RAG pipelines, backend services and APIs. Mandatory Skills: Strong hands-on Python developmentGenerative AI and LLM application developmentRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)Prompt engineering, embeddings and vector searchREST APIs and microservicesAI workflow orchestrationProduction deployment and CI/CDDebugging and performance optimizationPreferred Skills: Vector databases and semantic searchAgentic AI/AI AgentsMLOps/LLMOpsCloud AI platforms and containerizationCandidates must be comfortable working four days per week from the Yelahanka office. Compensation: Up to 200,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
