Job Description - Python / GenAI / Agentic AI Developer Experience: 5+ Years Location: Chennai / Onsite Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable, flexible, and user-friendly applications using Python, LLMs, and Cloud Architecture. Develop highly available, low-latency, cloud-native applications with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and scalability. Design and develop AI Agents with deep expertise in: Agent Orchestration Reasoning and Planning Loops Tool/Function Calling Multi-Agent workflows Context and memory management Integrate LLMs and Generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications and analytics solutions. Develop and optimize REST APIs using FastAPI and other relevant Python frameworks. Work closely with cross-functional teams including Data Science, ML Engineering, Cloud, Product, and Business teams to deliver impactful AI-driven solutions. Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including conceptualization, architecture/design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. Build cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS/Azure/GCP services and modern cloud architecture principles. Optimize application performance, API response times, resource utilization, and overall system scalability. Implement appropriate logging, monitoring, error handling, security, and observability mechanisms. Continuously improve system performance, reliability, maintainability, and scalability. Follow software engineering best practices including clean code, design patterns, code reviews, unit testing, CI/CD, and version control. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience in Python development. Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI application development. Hands-on experience building AI Agents / Agentic AI applications. Strong knowledge of Agent Orchestration and Reasoning/Planning loops. Experience with LLM frameworks/tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent. Strong experience with FastAPI and RESTful API development. Experience with Cloud Architecture and cloud-native application development. Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, API integration, and scalable architectures. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud deployment practices is preferred. Good understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases, caching, messaging, and asynchronous processing. Strong understanding of SDLC, testing, debugging, and production support. .
