AGM- Fixed Asset & MIS (CA Mandatory) (Raigarh)

Job Description Role Objective \n To lead the monthly closure of Books of Accounts, manage Fixed Assets capitalization, and \n oversee the financial operations. The role is pivotal in ensuring accurate P&L; reporting, margin analysis, and providing strategic financial presentations to internal stakeholders and the Board. \n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES \n Fixed Assets Management: Manage capitalization of projects, review Capital \n Work-in-Progress (CWIP), and lead vendor negotiations regarding pricing and payment \n terms. \n Financial Closing & MIS: Lead monthly closure of Books of Accounts and prepare \n monthly P&L; accounts and presentation decks. \n Strategic Reporting: Prepare quarterly Horizon-Margin Analysis and Board Meeting \n Presentation Decks. \n Audit & Compliance: Address queries from Internal and Statutory auditors; ensure \n compliance with Foreign Travel policies and account for foreign tour expenses. \n Operations & Collections: Follow up with customers for payments, track collections, and \n liaison with partners for profit-share reviews. \n Global Coordination: Coordinate with Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, International \n Marketing, and Logistics teams for business operations and fee payments. \n Treasury & Advances: Manage vendor payments and investments (approved by NA \n Chairman) and track/recover overdue forex advances. \n JOB REQUIREMENTS \n Minimum 47 years of experience specifically within the Pharmaceutical \n Well-conversant with SAP ECC/HANA. \n Highly proficient in preparing PowerPoint presentations with complex charts, \n diagrams, and Interactive Dashboards. \n Educational Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). \n Work Location: Corporate Office- Govandi East \n Working Days: Monday to Friday( 2nd & 4th Saturday off, 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturday operational) \n USV provides equal employment opportunities to all applicants based on merit, without discrimination of any kind. .
