Job Title: UAV Pilot (Fixed-Wing) Company: Maraal Aerospace Pvt Ltd Location: IIT Kanpur, Kalyanpur, Kanpur Experience Required: 12 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented UAV Pilot (Fixed-Wing) to operate and manage fixed-wing drone systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manual flying, a strong understanding of flight operations, and the ability to ensure safe and efficient mission execution. Key Responsibilities: Operate fixed-wing UAVs in manual mode for various mission requirementsPerform pre-flight checks, system inspections, and post-flight analysisPlan and execute flight missions using Ground Control Station (GCS) softwareMonitor UAV performance and ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulationsCoordinate with engineering and operations teams for mission planning and executionMaintain flight logs, documentation, and reportingTroubleshoot basic technical and operational issues during missions Required Qualifications: B.Tech in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering12 years of hands-on experience in fixed-wing UAV flying (manual mode)Strong understanding of aerodynamics, flight controls, and UAV systemsAbility to work in field environments and adapt to dynamic conditions Preferred (Good to Have): Experience operating large UAV platformsFamiliarity with Ground Control Stations (GCS) and mission planning toolsBasic knowledge of UAV communication systems and telemetryDGCA certification or relevant UAV pilot license (if applicable) To Apply: Send your resume via email: priyanshi.pandey@maraalaerospace.com/ contact@maraalaerospace.com .
