Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Teghra, focused on building and maintaining professional relationships within the banking, NBFC, microfinance, and financial services sectors. The role involves connecting with individual professionals and institutional partners, identifying collaboration opportunities, and supporting relationship management activities. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with stakeholders through meetings and calls, gathering market and client insights, and coordinating with internal teams to support business development initiatives. The role also includes preparing basic reports and documentation related to outreach efforts and maintaining accurate records of interactions in line with organizational standards. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong relationship-building and networking abilities, with an interest in the banking, NBFC, microfinance, and financial services industry.Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders in a professional manner.Candidates should possess basic business development and client servicing capabilities, including follow-up, coordination, and documentation.Candidates should possess sound analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and market trends.Relevant experience in financial services, microfinance, or related sectors is beneficial.A bachelors degree in finance, commerce, business, economics, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Teghra, manage time effectively, and adhere to ethical and regulatory standards. .
