Our Values: Leadership | Community | Integrity | Agility | Diversity JOB POSITION Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst IT Security II to join our team.This role involves implementing and managing security tools to protect our organization's systems and data.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in some or all of the following areas: Next-generation Antivirus (NGAV), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), SIEM and log management, scripting and automation, and network security controls (IDS/IPS), coupled with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security threats. JOB RESPONSIBILITY Senior Analyst IT Security II will be responsible for the following: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure for training, deployment, and monitoring of modelsBuild and optimize AI agents for cybersecurity use cases, including threat detection, triage, and automated responseIntegrate AI solutions with existing security tools (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, EDR platforms)Lead development of data pipelines and feature engineering workflows for security telemetryEnsure reliability, performance, and security of AI systems in production environmentsCollaborate with cybersecurity teams to translate operational needs into AI-driven solutionsMentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in AI engineering and MLOpsStay current with advancements in AI (e.g., LLMs, agentic systems) and cybersecurity trends QUALIFICATION Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field Experience 3+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning or AI systems in production Skills And Competencies Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)Experience with cloud-based AI infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)Solid understanding of MLOps practices, CI/CD, and system monitoringKnowledge of cybersecurity principles and tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, threat intelligence platforms)Experience building AI agents or working with LLM-based systems (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI APIs)Familiarity with real-time data processing and streaming frameworksExperience in security automation or incident response workflowsContributions to open-source AI or security projects THE CARELON PROMISE Aligning with our brand belief of limitless minds are our biggest asset, we offer a world of limitless opportunities to our associates.
