Role Description: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Associate to drive business development for our Accounting and Bookkeeping services in the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close new business. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the United States.Promote our accounting and bookkeeping services and qualify potential leads.Schedule meetings and demos for the management team.Build prospect databases using LinkedIn, Apollo, Lusha, and other lead generation tools.Execute email outreach campaigns and follow up with prospective clients.Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound sales.Work closely with the Marketing team to prepare proposals and presentations.Achieve revenue and customer acquisition targets.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.Maintain accurate sales activities and pipeline updates in the CRM. Qualifications and Experience: Master's degree in Management, Sales, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.34 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably selling services to US-based clients.Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, outsourcing, or professional services is preferred. Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication.Strong B2B sales, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to confidently engage with CEOs, CFOs, CXOs, and business owners.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and converting prospects into clients.Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), Microsoft Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Lusha.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Available to work during US business hours. .
