Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Development Executive role is based in Meerut. The Sales Development Executive will identify and qualify new sales opportunities, build and maintain relationships with retailers, workshops, and distributors, and promote Drive Core Auto Parts product range. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, visiting potential and existing customers, presenting product features and benefits, and following up on inquiries to convert leads into orders. The role involves coordinating with internal teams on pricing, availability, and delivery timelines, preparing basic sales reports, and maintaining accurate records in the sales system. The Sales Development Executive will also gather market feedback, monitor competitor activity, and support local marketing or promotional initiatives to drive revenue growth. Qualifications Proven sales and business development skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and negotiation.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical product details in clear, customer-friendly terms.Basic knowledge of automotive parts or a strong interest in the automotive sector, with willingness to learn product specifications.Ability to work independently on-site, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple customer engagements.Comfort with using CRM or sales tracking tools, spreadsheets, and standard office productivity software.Customer-focused mindset, resilience in working toward sales targets, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Previous experience in field sales, inside sales, or distribution in automotive or related industries is an advantage.Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. .
