Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills for client discovery and stakeholder alignment. Logistics: 100% strictly Onsite/Hybrid model located in Mumbai. Position Overview Driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) responsible for supporting pipeline generation by qualifying Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) in data management and procurement domain challenges. Focuses on high-volume outbound prospecting, account mapping, and delivering qualified opportunities. Core Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting: Maintain a daily outreach cadence (~100 activities/day) using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and phone/email channels. Lead Qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls to evaluate procurement and data challenges using structured qualification frameworks. Pipeline Generation: Consistently deliver 4 qualified Data Management opportunities or 6 SaaS leads monthly. Database Building: Research, build, and map target accounts and stakeholders independently without relying solely on marketing leads. CRM Management: Track, measure, and report outreach metrics and pipeline accuracy regularly within CRM systems.
