Job Summary-: We are looking for energetic and target-oriented "Medical Representative (BDE)" professionals to expand our client's retailer network and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales or business development, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, and possess excellent relationship-building and customer engagement skills. Key Responsibilities-: Visit assigned market areas, medical retailers, and chemist stores as per the daily route plan. Promote the company's B2B e-commerce platform to pharmacy retailers and explain its key benefits. Educate customers about transparent pricing, assured product availability, quality standards, and timely delivery. Generate orders from retailers and consistently achieve assigned sales targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Coordinate with Team Leaders and internal departments to resolve customer queries and operational issues. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and prompt support. Collect market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and share business insights with the management team. Maintain accurate daily sales reports, retailer visit records, and customer feedback. Required Skills-: 1 To 4 years of experience in Business Development, Field Sales, or Territory Sales. Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, FMCG, or Medical Distribution industry will be preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer relationship management and sales abilities. Self-motivated with a target-driven approach. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Preferred Candidate Profile-: Experience in handling pharmacy or medical retailer networks. Familiarity with B2B sales and distribution models. Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid Driving License. Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and local market visits. Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
