Job Title: CAM Operator CPX Wax, LCD & DLP 3D Printers Experience: 2+ Years Industry: Jewellery / Additive Manufacturing / 3D Printing Job Profile We are looking for an experienced CAM Operator with hands-on experience in CPX Wax, LCD and DLP 3D printers . The candidate will be responsible for 3D file preparation, slicing, printer operation, troubleshooting, post-processing, machine maintenance and quality inspection. The role involves converting CAD designs into precise 3D-printed models, particularly for jewellery manufacturing, prototyping and casting applications . Key Responsibilities Import and prepare CAD/STL files for 3D printing. Perform slicing using Chitubox, Asiga Composer, Formware, Lychee or printer-specific software. Optimize support structures, layer thickness and print orientation. Check and fix mesh/geometry issues. Operate CPX Wax, LCD and DLP 3D printers . Calibrate machines for dimensional accuracy and consistent print quality. Select appropriate resins, wax cartridges and materials. Monitor prints and troubleshoot printing failures. Perform test prints for calibration and quality verification. Carry out washing, curing, support removal and finishing. Inspect models for defects, surface quality and dimensional accuracy. Perform daily/weekly/monthly machine maintenance. Replace consumables such as resin, vats, FEP films and wax cartridges. Maintain machine logs, service reports and maintenance schedules. Manage print queues and ensure timely completion of production jobs. Coordinate with Design and Production teams. Maintain material and consumable inventory. Maintain print settings, results and process records. Perform quality checks using calipers, gauges and microscopes . Follow safety protocols for resins, chemicals and heated components. Required Skills Hands-on experience with CPX Wax 3D printers and LCD/DLP resin printers . Strong knowledge of slicing software such as Chitubox, Lychee, Asiga Composer etc. Knowledge of STL and OBJ file formats. Good troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of wax and resin post-processing. Basic mechanical and technical aptitude. Strong attention to detail and quality checking. Ability to handle multiple print jobs and meet deadlines. Qualification Diploma / ITI / Graduate in: Mechanical Jewellery Design Additive Manufacturing Related field Experience: 2+ years in Additive Manufacturing / 3D Printing Operations. Mandatory: Experience with CPX Wax Printers and Resin-based 3D Printing Systems . Preferred: Knowledg e of Jewellery Casting Workflow .
