Handle booking-related queries, flight changes, cancellations, baggage concerns, refunds, and general travel assistance. Deliver a high-quality customer experience while maintaining professionalism. Resolve customer issues within defined turnaround times. Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM. Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets. Follow company policies, compliance standards, and data security guidelines. Eligibility Criteria Undergraduate and Graduate candidates can apply. Minimum 1 year of BPO experience (Voice/Chat/Blended preferred). Excellent English communication skills. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts. Customer service-oriented with good problem-solving skills. Skills Required Excellent verbal and written English. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Active listening and problem-solving ability. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic MS Office and computer proficiency. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
