Full Stack Software Developer Intern FcC (Fluency, Convenience & Consistency) Remote India About the Job Internship Type: Unpaid Internship Duration: 6 Months Mode: Remote Joining: Immediate Stipend: unpaid Working Hours: 4045 hours per week About the Role FcC is looking for a passionate and motivated Full Stack Software Developer Intern to join our technology team and help build and improve our EdTech platform. You will work across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, authentication, and deployment, contributing to real-world features used by our students, mentors, parents, and internal teams. This role is ideal for a candidate who wants hands-on experience in full-stack development, enjoys solving practical problems, and is comfortable working independently in a remote startup environment. Key Responsibilities Develop responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. Build and integrate RESTful APIs. Develop frontend interfaces and integrate them with backend services. Design and manage databases for web applications. Implement authentication, authorization, and user management. Develop features for FcC's student, mentor, and administrative platforms. Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance. Write clean, reusable, scalable, and maintainable code. Work with Git and follow proper version-control practices. Participate in code reviews and technical discussions. Collaborate with the product, education, and operations teams. Take ownership of assigned modules and deliver them within deadlines. Skills Required Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with React.js / Next.js. Basic understanding of Node.js, Express.js, or FastAPI. Understanding of REST APIs. Basic knowledge of database design and SQL. Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar databases. Understanding of Git and GitHub. Basic knowledge of authentication concepts such as JWT is preferred. Knowledge of Docker, Redis, or cloud deployment will be an advantage. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to learn new technologies quickly. Eligibility B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech, M.Sc. Computer Science/IT, or related fields. Final-year students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant personal, academic, or open-source projects will be preferred. Strong interest in Full Stack Development and modern web technologies. Candidates who can commit to the internship on a consistent basis. Internship Expectations Commitment of 4045 hours per week. Ability to work independently in a remote startup environment. Develop and maintain assigned application modules. Complete tasks within defined deadlines. Follow coding standards and development best practices. Maintain proper documentation for developed features. Provide regular updates on assigned tasks. Participate in team meetings and development discussions. Take responsibility for the quality and functionality of your work. Be proactive in identifying bugs, improvements, and technical issues.
