Key Responsibilities Technical Design & Development Architect, design, and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce,Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and other Salesforce technologies. Lead end-to-end development across various Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud,Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc. Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and third-party applications. Develop reusable components and frameworks aligned with Salesforce best practices. Leadership & Collaboration Provide technical leadership to developers, guiding them on coding standards, solution approaches, and performance optimization. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Administration & Platform Enhancements Perform configuration tasks including workflows, process builder, flows, validation rules, page layouts, and permissions. Optimize existing Salesforce implementations for performance, security, and scalability. Ensure compliance with Salesforce security standards, governor limits, and data management best practices. RequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 610+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Strong expertise in Apex (classes, triggers, batch, schedulers) Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visual force REST/SOAP API integrations Salesforce Flows & declarative tools Experience with CI/CD, version control (Git), and DevOps pipelines (Copado,Gear set, Jenkins, etc.). Ability to work in an Agile environment and deliver high-quality solutions. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-leading skills. .
