JOB DESCRIPTION E-COMMERCE MANAGER (Shopify based website) Company: ARYANVEDA Position: E-Commerce Manager Location: Rohini, North-West Delhi, New Delhi Experience: 46 Years Industry Preference: Beauty & Cosmetics / FMCG About the Role ARYANVEDA is looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-Commerce Manager to manage and grow the company's Shopify-based website and online business. The candidate will be responsible for driving website sales, managing Google & Meta/Facebook paid advertising, improving website performance and customer experience, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth online operations. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow ARYANVEDA's Shopify website and online sales operations. Develop strategies to achieve online revenue, sales, and profitability targets. Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads and Meta/Facebook Ads to drive traffic, conversions, and sales. Monitor ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, traffic, sales, and overall campaign performance and take corrective actions. Manage website product listings, pricing, offers, banners, content, promotions, and regular updates. Analyse website traffic, customer behaviour, sales trends, and conversion data to improve performance. Coordinate with the creative/content and social media teams for campaigns, product promotions, and digital marketing activities. Monitor and handle customer service escalations, ensuring timely resolution and a positive customer experience. Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, customer service, and marketing teams for smooth order fulfilment and online operations. Track competitors, market trends, and digital marketing developments to identify opportunities for growth. Prepare regular E-Commerce MIS and performance reports for management. Manage and guide the E-Commerce/online sales team, ensuring timely completion of assigned activities. Candidate Requirements Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field. 46 years of relevant experience in E-Commerce/Digital Marketing, preferably in the Beauty & Cosmetics/FMCG industry. Strong hands-on experience in Shopify website management. Proven experience in Google Ads and Meta/Facebook Ads with a focus on sales and conversions. Good understanding of digital marketing, website analytics, customer acquisition, conversion optimisation, and online sales. Experience in handling customer service escalations and online customer experience. Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Good leadership and team-management abilities. Result-oriented, proactive, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
