Role Summary Seeking an experienced SAP Basis RISE Lead to manage SAP landscape operations, cloud transformations, and SAP RISE migrations. The candidate will lead Basis administration, architecture, upgrades, migration projects, automation initiatives, and support delivery for SAP systems hosted on SAP RISE and hyperscaler platforms. Key Responsibilities - Lead SAP Basis operations for SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Solution Manager, and BTP environments. - Manage SAP RISE landscapes and coordinate with SAP, hyperscalers, and internal stakeholders. - Plan and execute SAP migrations, system conversions, upgrades, and refresh activities. - Oversee installation, configuration, patching, kernel upgrades, and performance tuning. - Ensure system availability, security compliance, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery readiness. - Drive automation initiatives using scripting and monitoring tools. - Manage incidents, problem management, root cause analysis, and service improvement plans. - Lead Basis teams across multiple geographies and mentor junior administrators. - Collaborate with infrastructure, network, security, database, and application teams. - Support audits, compliance requirements, and governance activities. - Define Basis standards, best practices, and operational procedures. .
