Description As the Lead - SAP, you will play a pivotal role in our S4 HANA Technical - Delivery department, driving technical development activities for SAP implementation, rollout, migration, enhancement, and support projects. Your expertise in ABAP development and SAP S/4HANA technologies, coupled with your leadership skills, will be instrumental in collaborating with functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver exceptional SAP solutions. Responsibilities - Lead and mentor a team of ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring high-quality delivery. - Collaborate closely with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Design and develop efficient, scalable, and secure ABAP solutions, adhering to best practices and coding standards. - Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. - Manage the technical aspects of SAP projects, including planning, estimation, and resource allocation. - Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and drive innovation within the team. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely support to the development team. - Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, standards, and guidelines throughout the project lifecycle. - Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing within the team.
