Position OverviewThe role involves examining and managing charged off cases with the aim of maximizing recoveries while supporting customers in resolving their overdue or unpaid balances. Primary ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and understand customers' repayment challenges, persuading them to prioritize payments to Mashreq and meet recovery objectives.Collaborate internally across departments to monitor and follow up with classified customers effectively.Ensure proactive engagement with customers by following up on leads to facilitate amicable settlement of outstanding dues.Utilize management information system reports to enhance recovery rates.Deliver superior service quality to both internal stakeholders and external customers to maintain high satisfaction levels.Required Skills and ExperienceAt least four years of experience in banking or a related sector involving continuous customer interaction and target-driven responsibilities.Strong familiarity with banking products and current legal regulations, coupled with excellent negotiation and communication skills.Able to perform effectively under pressure with a strong customer-centric approach. ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and address customer repayment difficulties to achieve recovery targets.Coordinate with various company departments for proper customer follow-up.Engage customers to settle overdue liabilities amicably.Use MIS reports to boost recovery efficiency.Maintain high service standards for internal and external customers. RequirementsMinimum 4 years experience in banking or similar roles with ongoing customer engagement and target orientation.Comprehensive knowledge of business products and applicable legal frameworks.High-level negotiation and communication proficiency.Capability to manage work pressure while focusing on customer needs. .
