Role Description We are seeking a full-time Regional Sales Manager to join our team on-site at our Baddi location. The primary responsibilities of this role include developing and implementing sales strategies to expand market reach, identifying and establishing relationships with key clients and distributors, monitoring sales performance metrics, and providing coaching and leadership to the sales team. The role also involves market analysis to identify growth opportunities and ensure sales targets are consistently met.
