Role Description The Field Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in South Dum-Dum. This position is responsible for identifying prospective clients, conducting in-person meetings, and promoting Devendra Internationals IT hardware rental solutions. The role involves understanding client requirements, preparing and presenting customized proposals, negotiating pricing and terms, and closing sales to meet assigned targets. The Field Sales Executive will regularly visit client locations, maintain relationships through follow-up visits and calls, and coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment. Daily activities also include maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales performance, and providing market feedback on customer needs and competitor activities. Qualifications Strong sales and business development abilities, with experience in field sales or B2B sales, preferably in IT hardware or related industries.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships.Ability to understand basic technical specifications of desktops, laptops, servers, and workstations and explain them clearly to clients.Proficiency in lead generation, pipeline management, and use of CRM or sales tracking tools.Self-motivated, target-driven mindset with strong time management and organizational skills.Comfort with frequent travel within South Dum-Dum and nearby regions for client visits.Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.Previous experience in rental services, IT services, or hardware sales will be considered a plus. .
