Practical experience building and operating cloud applications on AWS is essential. The role also requires working knowledge of microservices architecture and Kubernetes.Strong understanding of secure software development is important. Candidates should be comfortable considering privacy, threat modeling, scalability and reliability when making technical decisions. Experience with production troubleshooting, monitoring, root-cause analysis and operational improvements is highly relevant.The successful candidate should also be able to work across the software development lifecycle, from requirements and technical design through implementation, testing, deployment and production support.
