VisioGen is a human-verified AI patient communication platform built for ophthalmology practices in the US market. The platform combines AI-assisted patient communication with clinical oversight to improve patient engagement and consultation outcomes. The role requires strong ownership of project execution and the ability to work across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Operations, Sales, and other cross-functional teams. You will maintain project documentation and reporting, identify delivery risks and dependencies, support process improvements, and ensure timely communication across stakeholders. The role is suited for someone who can bring structure to complex initiatives, manage competing priorities, and keep projects moving from planning through execution. What you'll do Own end-to-end project delivery for assigned VisioGen initiatives, ensuring timelines and deliverables remain on track.Define and maintain project plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and key deliverables.Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Operations, Sales, and other stakeholders to drive execution.Track project progress against agreed KPIs, objectives, timelines, and business outcomes.Identify project risks, blockers, and dependencies and drive timely resolution with relevant stakeholders.Conduct regular project reviews and provide clear status updates and reporting to leadership and stakeholders.Maintain project documentation, trackers, meeting notes, action items, and other PMO governance requirements.Ensure clear ownership and follow-through on project actions across cross-functional teams.Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, operational efficiency, and execution practices.Support initiatives that contribute to business growth, successful product delivery, and customer success for VisioGen. What we're looking for Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline with relevant professional experience.Experience in project management, PMO, program coordination, or project delivery.Experience managing projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.Strong understanding of project planning, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.Ability to track project progress against defined KPIs and business objectives.Experience identifying project risks, blockers, and dependencies and driving them towards resolution.Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.Experience maintaining project documentation, trackers, status reports, and governance updates.Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely execution of deliverables.Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.Demonstrated ownership and ability to independently drive projects from planning through completion.Experience working in SaaS, healthcare, digital health, AI-enabled products, or technology-driven environments would be an advantage. .
