Required Skills Data Engineering Data Visualization Design Applications Software Configurations Software Development Software Development Life Cycle SDLC Solution Architecture System Designs Systems Integration TestingPreferred Skills Current Employees apply HERE Current Contingent Workers apply HERE Secondary Language s Manager Enablon Business Analyst QA THE OPPORTUNITY Based in Hyderabad join a global healthcare biopharma company and be part of a 130-year legacy of success backed by ethical integrity forward momentum and an inspiring mission to achieve new milestones in global healthcare Lead an Organization driven by digital technology and data-backed approaches that supports a diversified portfolio of prescription medicines vaccines and animal health products Drive innovation and execution excellence Be the leaders who have a passion for using data analytics and insights to drive decision-making which will allow us to tackle some of the world s greatest health threats Our Technology centers focus on creating a space where teams can come together to deliver business solutions that save and improve lives AN integral part of our company IT operating model Tech centers are globally distributed locations where each IT division has employees to enable our digital transformation journey and drive business outcomes These locations in addition to the other sites are essential to supporting our business and strategy A focused group of leaders in each tech center helps to ensure we can manage and improve each location from investing in growth success and well-being of our people to making sure colleagues from each IT division feel a sense of belonging to managing critical emergencies And together we must leverage the strength of our team to collaborate globally to optimize connections and share best practices across the Tech Centers Role Overview We are seeking a Business Analyst Tester with hands-on experience in Enablon and other Environmental Health and Safety EHS platforms to translate business needs into clear requirements ensure solutions meet functional expectations and lead testing and UAT activities The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and process-mapping skills with practical testing experience and the ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders Key Responsibilities Elicit gather and analyze business and user requirements from stakeholders across EHS operations compliance and other functional areas Document business requirements functional requirements use cases process flows and acceptance criteria maintain requirements traceability Map current as-is and target to-be processes using standard process-mapping techniques and identify gaps and improvement opportunities Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders Enablon administrators developers and third-party consultants to clarify requirements and resolve issues Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications configuration instructions and data mapping documents for Enablon modules incident management audits inspections permits corrective actions compliance etc Develop comprehensive test plans test cases test scripts and test data aligned with requirements and acceptance criteria Execute functional integration and regression testing log defects validate fixes and coordinate retests Plan coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing UAT sessions with business users capture feedback confirm acceptance and manage sign-offs Support system configuration review data migration validation and cutover testing activities during deployments Prepare testing status reports traceability matrices defect reports and other project artifacts escalate risks and issues appropriately Provide training materials quick reference guides and hands-on support to users during UAT and go-live Promote best practices in SDLC testing and change control contribute to continuous improvement of processes templates and tool usage Required Skills Experience Bachelor s degree in Business IT Engineering or related field 4 years experience as a Business Analyst BA Quality Assurance QA Tester or combined BA Tester role experience with Enablon or another EHS platform is strongly preferred Strong analytical skills to understand complex business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications Demonstrated experience in process mapping documenting as-is to-be processes and producing SDLC artifacts BRD FRD use cases traceability matrices Familiarity with testing methodologies functional integration regression user acceptance and test management tools Jira automation testing tools etc Hands-on experience developing test cases executing tests and managing defects Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills able to manage multiple workstreams Proficiency with
