Shift Manager Warehouse Nagpur

About the Role The requirement is for one of our clients who has PAN India presence. We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Shift Manager to lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain high food quality and hygiene standards, motivate the team, and achieve operational and sales targets. Experience in casual dining, premium QSR, or restaurant chains is preferred. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end restaurant operations during assigned shifts. Lead, motivate, and supervise service and kitchen teams. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly. Maintain food quality, presentation, and service standards. Monitor hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness as per company SOPs. Conduct pre-shift briefings and allocate responsibilities to team members. Ensure proper opening and closing procedures. Monitor inventory, minimize wastage, and coordinate stock replenishment. Handle cash, billing, POS reconciliation, and shift reports. Support sales initiatives, upselling, and local store marketing activities. Train current team members and provide regular coaching and feedback. Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. Requirements Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management is preferred. 4 years of experience in restaurant operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or Shift Manager role. Experience in casual dining, premium QSR, caf chains, or pizzerias. Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
