Embedded System Intern (Bengaluru)

Embedded Systems Intern Company: Retrack Automation Location: Bengaluru Work Mode: On-site Duration: 6 Months Stipend: 5,000/month Retrack Automation is looking for an Embedded Systems Intern to work on our IoT, RFID, fuel management and industrial automation products. Responsibilities - Develop and test embedded firmware - Work with ATmega and ESP32 microcontrollers - Perform new board setup, configuration and testing - Test PCB functionality and identify hardware/firmware issues - Debug embedded systems and troubleshoot issues - Interface sensors, RFID readers and other peripherals - Work with UART, SPI and I2C communication protocols - Test firmware updates and hardware revisions - Support product assembly, configuration and validation - Document testing results and identified issues Skills Required - Valuable knowledge of ATmega microcontrollers - Good knowledge of ESP32 - Embedded C / C++ programming - Basic knowledge of electronic circuits and PCB boards - Experience with board setup, testing and debugging - Understanding of UART, SPI and I2C communication - Ability to read basic circuit diagrams and datasheets - Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Willingness to work hands-on with hardware Qualification B.E./B.Tech in: - Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) - Electronics Engineering - Electronics & Instrumentation - Embedded Systems - Other closely related electronics streams Electrical/EEE candidates are not being considered for this role.
