Remote Product Manager Quality

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Parsons Corporation is seeking a Product Manager / Quality Lead to support the iNET product team under Digital Labs. In this role, you will lead the Product Quality function, establish quality standards, and ensure products meet defined requirements.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Product Quality function, establishing quality standards, processes, and best practices across the product portfolioOwn the end-to-end product quality strategy, ensuring products meet defined functional, performance, usability, and reliability requirementsCreate, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, test strategies, test cases, and test scripts for new features, enhancements, and product releasesDefine quality acceptance criteria and partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure requirements are testable and measurableEstablish and track key quality metrics, including defect trends, test coverage, release readiness, customer-reported issues, and overall product healthCollaborate with Automation Engineers and Software Development teams to design, prioritize, and implement automated testing solutions that improve efficiency and coverageIdentify opportunities to expand test automation and reduce manual testing efforts while maintaining high quality standardsReview automated test results, analyze failures, and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actionsDevelop and oversee regression testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing, and user acceptance testing processesCoordinate testing activities across multiple product teams to ensure consistent execution and release qualityDrive defect management processes, including triage, prioritization, tracking, resolution validation, and reportingPartner with Engineering leadership to improve software development lifecycle practices and embed quality into all phases of product developmentServe as the voice of quality during product planning, roadmap discussions, sprint ceremonies, and release reviewsEvaluate product risks and recommend mitigation strategies to support successful product launchesAnalyze customer feedback, support tickets, and production issues to identify quality improvement opportunities and prioritize corrective actionsCollaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new initiativesSupport product roadmap planning and execution by balancing customer needs, business priorities, and quality objectivesWork cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on product quality goalsCreate executive-level reporting and presentations on quality performance, risks, and continuous improvement initiativesChampion a culture of quality, continuous improvement, accountability, and customer-centric product deliveryMentor and develop quality-focused team members while establishing scalable processes that support growth across the product organizationSkillsStrong communication, presentation, and planning skillsUnderstanding of software development and automated testing best practicesUnderstanding of Agile Software DevelopmentBachelor's (or equivalent) with typically 10+ years of experience or a Master's with typically 8+ years of experienceTypically 4+ years in a supervisory capacityAtlassian Product Suite Experience (JIRA, Confluence)GitHub ExperienceAgentic Framework ExperienceBenefitsBest-in-class benefits such as medicalDentalVisionPaid time offEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)401(k)Life insuranceFlexible work schedulesHolidays to fit your busy lifestyleCompany OverviewParsons is an engineering, construction, technical and management services firm for national security and global infrastructure markets.
