About TartanHQ At TartanHQ, we're building AI-powered products that simplify identity verification, data connectivity, and enterprise automation. We are looking for a passionate QA Engineer with around 3-5 years of experience in manual and automation testing to help deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable products. Key Responsibilities - Design, review, maintain and execute detailed manual test cases, test scenarios and test plans. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Playwright and Rest Assured. - Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, Sanity, API, UI/UX, Exploratory and End-to-End testing. - Validate REST APIs using Rest Assured, Postman and JSON payloads. - Identify, log, prioritize and track defects using JIRA and collaborate with developers until closure. - Participate in sprint planning, grooming, reviews and retrospectives in Agile/Scrum teams. - Review logs, browser developer tools and application traces to support root cause analysis. - Contribute to CI/CD quality gates and maintain automation execution reports. - Prepare test data, reusable automation utilities and detailed test documentation. - Support product releases through regression validation and production verification. Required Skills - Solid programming knowledge in Java or Python (JavaScript is a plus). - Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Playwright and Rest Assured. - Good understanding of OOP concepts, collections and exception handling. - Strong manual testing expertise with SDLC, STLC and defect lifecycle. - Experience testing Web, API and enterprise applications. - Knowledge of AI concepts including AI-assisted testing, prompt engineering basics, LLM validation and AI-powered QA tools. - Experience with JIRA and test management tools such as AIO Tests, Zephyr or Xray. - Knowledge of Git, SQL, REST APIs and JSON. - Excellent analytical, debugging, communication and documentation skills. Good to Have - Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps). - Performance testing exposure. - Cloud platform exposure (AWS/Azure). - Experience working on AI/SaaS products. Educational Qualification B.Tech/B.E., MCA, BCA, B.Sc. (CS/IT) or equivalent.
