The Role Non-Functional & OAT Tester with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in the Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) domain. The role involves ensuring that critical banking applications meet all security, scalability, and operational readiness requirements before production go-live. The ideal candidate should be able to plan, execute, and optimize performance, resilience, failover, backup & recovery, security and DR tests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with operational standards and SLAs. The candidate will have strong technical knowledge and experience in system operations, infrastructure testing, and service management processes. Skills/Key Responsibilities 8+ years of experience in Non-Functional Testing (NFT) and OAT within BFSI applications. Strong understanding of network, middleware, database tuning, and monitoring tools. Experience in Planning, designing, and executing the Operational Acceptance Test (OAT) cases to validate production readiness. Experience with failover, high-availability, DR drills in On-Perm environment, operational monitoring and backup/restore procedures validation. Hands on experience in RTGS Systems ( SWIFT , PayPlus, GMPlus and NetReveal applications) Key Responsibilities: Test non-functional requirements such as performance, security, scalability, reliability, and availability.
