JD: 5+ years of overall ServiceNow testing experience. Robust hands on testing experience in ServiceNow ITOM, including: Discovery Service Mapping Event Management CMDB Solid understanding of ITIL / ITSM processes and ITOM ITSM integration. Experience testing integrations with monitoring tools Experience in CMDB data validation, reconciliation, and CI relationship testing.
