RevX is a Revenue Operations agency partnering with mid-market B2B and enterprise companies to build intelligent, scalable revenue systems. We combine deep RevOps expertise with cutting-edge AI and automation to help clients accelerate pipeline, improve conversion, and drive predictable revenue growth. This is a high-impact, forward-looking role sitting at the intersection of Revenue Operations, Go-To-Market strategy, and Artificial Intelligence. As an AI-Based RevOps/GTM Engineer at RevX, you will design and build AI-powered workflows, automation pipelines, and intelligent systems that transform how our clients operate their revenue engines. What You'll Do Design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows automating GTM processes prospecting, lead enrichment, outbound sequencing, and pipeline management Leverage Clay, Apollo, and custom LLM integrations to build intelligent data enrichment and signal-driven outreach systems Build and maintain automation pipelines integrating HubSpot, Salesforce, and third-party tools using APIs, Zapier, Make, or custom scripts Architect RevOps data flows from ICP definition and segmentation to lead routing, scoring, and handoff Develop and prompt-engineer AI agents for sales enablement, SDR automation, and CRM hygiene Partner with RevOps consultants and client GTM teams to identify automation opportunities and translate them into scalable solutions Document systems, playbooks, and technical architecture for client handoffs Stay current with the rapidly evolving AI/GTM tooling landscape and bring innovative approaches to engagements RequirementsMust-Have 36 years of experience in RevOps, GTM engineering, marketing/sales automation, or a related technical role Hands-on experience with AI tools and LLMs prompt engineering, fine-tuning workflows, or building AI-assisted automation Proficiency with Clay for data enrichment, waterfall enrichment strategies, and GTM signal activation Strong working knowledge of HubSpot and/or Salesforce CRM APIs, workflows, and data architecture Experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar prospecting and sequencing tools Comfort with scripting or no-code/low-code automation (Python, JavaScript, Make, Zapier, or n8n) Systems-thinking mindset able to connect tools, data, and processes across the revenue lifecycle Nice to Have Experience building custom GPTs, AI agents, or integrating OpenAI / Anthropic APIs into GTM workflows Familiarity with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase) or intent data providers Background in B2B SaaS or working within a RevOps agency BenefitsCompetitive salary with performance incentives Hybrid work model Hyderabad office with flexible remote days Access to premium GTM and AI tools across all engagements Work at the frontier of AI-driven revenue operations Collaborative, high-ownership culture with rapid career growth Mentorship from senior RevOps leaders and GTM strategists .

Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
