Qualifications and Experience : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 6-10 years of experience in Application Support or Production Support. - Strong experience supporting enterprise applications on Microsoft Azure. - Experience handling major production incidents and leading RCA activities. - Good understanding of ITIL-based support processes is preferred. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
