Key Responsibilities : Application & Production Support : - Provide L2 support for enterprise applications hosted on Microsoft Azure. - Manage and resolve complex production issues while ensuring SLA compliance. - Lead major incident resolution and coordinate with cross-functional teams. - Perform detailed root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend long-term solutions. - Support production releases and deployment activities. Technical Leadership : - Support applications built using .NET / ASP.NET Core. - Troubleshoot Azure PaaS services, Azure Logic Apps, Azure SQL, and API integrations. - Monitor application performance using Azure Monitoring and Application Insights. - Support SharePoint Online and OpenText enterprise platforms. - Ensure stability and availability of SaaS applications running on Microsoft Cloud. - Drive automation and monitoring improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Operational Excellence : - Mentor junior support engineers and provide technical guidance. - Participate in operational governance and service improvement initiatives. - Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to improve application reliability. - Prepare RCA reports and support continuous improvement activities. Qualifications and Experience : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 6-10 years of experience in Application Support or Production Support. - Strong experience supporting enterprise applications on Microsoft Azure. - Experience handling major production incidents and leading RCA activities. - Good understanding of ITIL-based support processes is preferred. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Technical Expertise : - Strong understanding of Azure architecture. - Hands-on experience with .NET / ASP.NET Core. - Azure PaaS services. - Azure Logic Apps. - Azure SQL performance tuning. - Azure Monitoring. - Azure Application Insights. - API integrations. - SharePoint Online administration and support. - OpenText platform support. - SaaS architecture on Microsoft Cloud. - AI-enabled enterprise platforms. - Major incident management. - Root Cause Analysis (RCA). - Operational governance. - Technical leadership. - Automation and monitoring optimization.
