Location: Mohali (On-site) Experience: 48 Years Salary: 612 LPA (Based on Experience) + Attractive Performance Incentives At Accountsly , we're helping startups, eCommerce brands, SaaS companies, and agencies across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia streamline their accounting and finance operations. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our international sales efforts, build a predictable sales pipeline, and drive revenue growth. You'll work closely with the founder to shape our go-to-market strategy and play a key role in scaling the business globally. What you will do - Develop and execute outbound sales strategies for international markets. - Generate and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities. - Prospect and engage founders, CFOs, finance leaders, and CPA firms through LinkedIn, cold email, referrals, and other channels. - Conduct discovery calls, present our services, negotiate commercial terms, and close new business. - Build and optimize sales processes, playbooks, KPIs, and CRM workflows. - Collaborate with marketing to improve lead generation and campaign performance. - Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term retention. - Track sales performance, forecast revenue, and identify new market opportunities. What we are looking for - 48 years of experience in international B2B sales, preferably in accounting, outsourcing, IT services, consulting, or SaaS. - Proven ability to generate and close deals with clients in the US, UK, Canada, or Australia. - Experience with outbound sales tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, HubSpot, or similar CRMs. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Strong commercial acumen with the ability to work independently and take ownership. - Experience mentoring or leading junior sales executives is an advantage.
