Achieve a minimum GoldLoan productivity of 40 lacs per month on recent business and ensure 80 % regeneration on eligible customers. Recruit dedicated manpower for GoldLoan (GoldLoan Officers/Territory Managers) to drive customer acquisition. Grow the AUM base for GoldLoan solutions while meeting revenue, cost, profitability and portfolioquality targets. Collaborate with the BusinessLoan Product Head to offer bestinclass funding/multifunding solutions and appropriately incentivise key DSTs. Ensure timely renewals of GoldLoan customers to retain the existing client base. Maintain strong relationships with valuers and valuation agencies. Train GoldLoan officers on potential fraud and fraud prevention measures. Design a fulfilling customer journey that leads to customer delight and positions IDFC First as the banking partner of choice. Ensure successful adoption of internal compliance and regulatory frameworks across the business.
