We are looking for an experienced Admin Head to lead the school's administrative operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. Key ResponsibilitiesSchool AdministrationOversee the complete administrative operations of the school.Ensure smooth functioning of all departments including Front Office, Transport, Security, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Store, and Support Staff.Develop and implement administrative policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Maintain high standards of campus discipline, cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.Facilities & Infrastructure ManagementSupervise building maintenance, classrooms, laboratories, library, sports facilities, and school infrastructure.Coordinate preventive maintenance and repair activities.Ensure uninterrupted utilities including electricity, water supply, internet, CCTV, and other essential services.Monitor Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and vendor performance.Transport ManagementSupervise school transport operations.Ensure vehicle maintenance, route planning, GPS monitoring, and driver compliance.Maintain transport safety standards and statutory documentation.Vendor & Procurement ManagementManage procurement of furniture, equipment, stationery, housekeeping materials, and other school resources.Negotiate with vendors for cost-effective purchasing.Monitor inventory, stock registers, and asset management.Ensure timely vendor payments and contract renewals.Security & SafetyEnsure campus security through effective deployment of security personnel.Monitor CCTV surveillance and access control systems.Implement fire safety, emergency response, evacuation drills, and disaster management procedures.Ensure compliance with statutory safety norms and school regulations.Human Resource CoordinationCoordinate with HR for onboarding, attendance, leave records, and staff welfare.Supervise administrative and support staff performance.Conduct regular meetings and training for housekeeping, security, drivers, and maintenance teams.Regulatory ComplianceEnsure compliance with CBSE affiliation requirements, labour laws, fire safety norms, health regulations, and local statutory requirements relevant to school administration.Maintain all administrative records, licenses, agreements, and statutory documentation.Support school inspections and audits.Budget & Cost ControlPrepare annual administrative budgets.Monitor operational expenses and optimize costs.Ensure efficient utilization of school resources.Maintain expenditure reports and MIS.Event & Operational SupportCoordinate logistics for admissions, examinations, PTMs, annual functions, sports events, and other school activities.Ensure seamless operational support during all school events.Eligibility CriteriaBachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related discipline.MBA/PGDM will be preferred.Minimum 68 years of administrative Leadership (Admin Head) experience in a National reputed CBSE/ICSE school .Strong knowledge of school administration, Transport, Inventory Management, facility management, procurement, statutory compliance, and vendor management.Desired SkillsLeadership and team managementSchool administration and operationsFacility and infrastructure managementVendor and contract managementBudgeting and cost controlInventory and asset managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving and decision-makingProficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and School ERP systemsStrong organizational and documentation skillsPay: 75,000.00 - 82,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident FundWork Location: In person .
