Role Description The Operations Team Member role is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. This role involves coordinating daily center operations, including scheduling classes, managing student enrollment, and ensuring smooth communication between teachers, students, and parents. The Operations Team Member will monitor attendance, track performance reports, and support the implementation of academic and administrative processes. Responsibilities include assisting with local outreach and basic sales follow-ups, maintaining records and data, and supporting project-based initiatives to improve operational efficiency. The role requires close collaboration with academic, technology, and management teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality learning experience for students. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret student data, monitor operations metrics, and support decision-making. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with students, parents, teachers, and internal teams clearly and professionally. Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support student admissions, handle inquiries, and participate in outreach activities when needed. Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to handle day-to-day center activities, workflow coordination, and process adherence. Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, execute, and track operational and improvement initiatives within timelines and budgets. Additional qualifications: strong organizational skills, comfort with basic digital tools (MS Office, spreadsheets, communication apps), and the ability to work in a fast-paced, student-focused environment. Preferred background: prior experience in education, coaching center operations, or customer-facing roles; a graduate degree in any discipline is desirable.
