POSITION SUMMARY The API Office is a multidisciplinary team established to support API Journey. As an MuleSoft Engineer your key responsibilities include, acknowledgement and troubleshoot MuleSoft related issues across the environments on different platforms. Manage the platform to achieve consistency across API portfolios. Create and maintain operational runbook and knowledge base. You must combine technical skills with business knowledge while maintaining focus on communication and collaboration. You will collaborate with development and cross functional teams across the organization. The Platform must be maintained to achieve secure and scalable in alignment with portfolio objectives. EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILL SETS 5+ years of experience in Mulesoft platform administration and support. Support for API operations including SLAs, Availability, Incident, Change & Problem Management. Perform maintenance (patching), optimize performance, and resolve CI/CD pipeline-related issues. Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Runtime Fabric (RTF) on-prem and Flex Gateway deployments. Perform platform activities such as certificate renewal, upgrades, and environment health checks. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes clusters: access pods,analyze application logs and troubleshoot failures across services. Build, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines for automated build,deployment and release processes. Manage source code repositories using GitHub and follow version control best practices. Strong experience in Python scripting for automation, monitoring, and operational tasks. Hands-on experience with Azure cloud platform for managing infrastructure and MuleSoft deployments.
