Regional Head of Product Operations

## Join WTW as a Global Product Operations Specialist You'll play an important role in supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of product operations across our international business. Working closely with Product, Technology and Broking teams, you'll contribute to the effective rollout of product capabilities, support global stakeholders, and help enhance processes and user experience across regions including Asia, Pacific, LATAM and CEMEA. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to global operations while developing your expertise in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. ### Global Operational Support & Coordination - Support the delivery of product operations activities across multiple global regions - Assist in coordinating with regional stakeholders to ensure alignment on processes, timelines and priorities - Provide operational support to global product initiatives and rollouts, ensuring continuity and consistency ### Product Operations & Process Support - Contribute to the planning and implementation of product releases - Maintain and improve operational processes to support consistency and scalability - Support the tracking and follow-up of issues, ensuring they are documented and escalated appropriately ### Stakeholder Collaboration - Work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, Operations and Broking teams - Support engagement with global and regional stakeholders to understand user needs - Communicate updates and progress clearly across teams ### Documentation, Training & Enablement - Develop and maintain documentation, user guides and training materials - Support delivery of training sessions in partnership with Learning & Development - Help ensure colleagues are equipped to adopt product tools and processes effectively ### Continuous Improvement - Assist in analysing user feedback and operational data to identify areas for improvement - Apply structured problem-solving approaches to support enhancements - Contribute to improving the overall user support experience ### Testing, Quality & Governance - Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation activities - Ensure activities are aligned with WTW governance, compliance and operational standards - Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with internal requirements ### What we're looking for - Experience in Product Operations, Business Operations or a similar environment - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - Ability to coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and regions - Clear communication skills with the ability to engage a range of audiences - A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused mindset Desirable (not essential): - Experience working in a global or multi-region environment - Exposure to product lifecycle, process improvement or operational delivery - Familiarity with digital platforms or technology-enabled solutions WTW is an Equal Opportunity Employer. .
