TPA EXECUTIVE AYURVEDA (Chandigarh)

Yukti Herbs Multispeciality Ayurveda & Panchakarma Hospital is looking for an experienced TPA Executive to manage insurance, TPA, and cashless-related processes specifically for an Ayurveda hospital. The candidate should have good knowledge of hospital documentation, claim processing, pre-authorizations, and coordination with TPAs/insurance companies. Key Responsibilities - Handle TPA and insurance-related documentation for IPD patients. - Coordinate for cashless approvals, pre-authorizations, and claim submissions. - Prepare and verify patient files as per TPA requirements. - Coordinate with doctors and the billing/MRD team for complete documentation. - Ensure timely submission of required documents and claims. - Follow up with TPAs and insurance companies regarding approvals and claim status. - Handle queries, deficiencies, and re-submission of documents. - Maintain proper records of all TPA cases and claims. - Ensure documentation is complete and compliant with hospital and TPA guidelines. - Coordinate during patient admission, treatment, discharge, and final claim settlement. Requirements - Graduate in any discipline; healthcare/insurance-related qualification preferred. - 13 years of experience in TPA/insurance/hospital billing. - Experience in an Ayurveda hospital will be an added advantage. - Good knowledge of hospital documentation and medical terminology. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel. - Ability to manage multiple cases and follow up effectively. Preferred Skills - Knowledge of Ayurvedic treatment and Panchakarma documentation will be a plus. - Experience with cashless/insurance processes. - Good understanding of IPD files, discharge summaries, bills, prescriptions, and supporting documents. - Solid attention to detail. Compensation: 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
