Key Responsibilities Source Secured Business Loan / Loan Against Property business through DSA, connectors, brokers, and direct channels. Acquire new customers in MSME, SME, self-employed professional, and business segments. Generate leads and achieve monthly disbursement and revenue targets. Conduct customer meetings and understand funding requirements. Assess customer eligibility, income, business profile, and property collateral. Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, Operations, and Risk teams for loan processing. Collect and verify customer documents and ensure compliance with KYC norms.
