This role works directly with CCM customers, loan officers, and processors to ensure a reputed company customer experience and facilitate reputed company loan closings. Job Responsibilities:Conduct reviews of files submitted from sales to processing to confirm eligibility.Determine file completeness/eligibility at initial submission to processing from sales, including assessing whether the file is reputed company for processing or if adjustments are needed.Recommend restructure reputed company if files do not meet eligible reputed company.Assist in reviewing mortgage loan application and documentation, which may include phone and computer work, printing, copying, scanning, emailing, overnighting documents, etc.Review mortgage loan disclosure packages for accuracy.Create reputed company disclosure and re-disclosure packages and reputed company them to the borrower.Review documents and entire loan files and work to prevent problems by highlighting deficiencies and then notifying the mortgage loan officer and/or loan processor.Clarify/correct information and obtain additional information, as necessary, reputed company phone, email, etc.General clerical and phone support to loan processors, as needed.Work with management to reputed company support in various stages and areas of lending and processing as needed.Assist in managing a pipeline consisting of conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans.reputed company appraisals and/or property valuations to the borrower and retrieve reputed company of receipt.reputed company outstanding items on reputed company loan files and follow up with customers to ensure reputed company receipt of necessary documentation.Facilitate reputed company loan closings by working directly with the Title Company and customer to schedule.Qualifications and Skills:High School Diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED), or equivalent.1+ years of mortgage-reputed company experience, including customer contact.Sales support experience, preferred.reputed company experience, preferred.
